I actually traveled around the world for 16 months - then came back to the us for 6 months. At that point I sold everything I owned and decided to go do some volunteering in Nepal and then went to live in Vietnam for a year teaching and blogging. I just recently came back to the US for the holidays after being gone for another 15 months. So I think I've been in a vagabond state now for 3 1/2 years! I'm trying to decide where to go next for 2010!
