Photo Friday: Volcan Pacaya, Guatemala

[singlepic=1907,588,,,left]

This beautiful Photo Friday was submitted on our Facebook Page by Mike Ellsworth.

This was taken at sunset atop Volcan Pacaya in Guatemala. I had been traveling for 3 years when I took this photo. The last two years I’ve mostly spent on my motorcycle going around the world.

By the age of 22, Mike has been to 35+ countries – mostly on the back of his motorcycle. You can follow his journey at Mike Happens.

    Amazing picture, and pretty impressive how long Mike has traveled already for his young age 🙂

    What a stunning photo of Guatemala! Mike has many such photos.

    I’m Mike’s mother and I know there is no holding him back when it comes to travel. He left at age 19 with a dream and a few bucks in his pocket. I’ve only seen him occasionally since, although we are very close. He tries to make it home for Holidays and and occasional stay overs. By 20 he had circled the globe the first time.

    He runs a successful website at http://swishsource.com, which affords him his means to travel.

    Michael, I hope you continue to concentrate on your photography, you have a talent!
